Forget about matching! Collect different sized and shaped items in a range of beachy colors ( include corals or sunny yellows here a well ) for an equally great look.

Lots of flea market finds here, painted in an array of upbeat colors. The trick here is to keep the background white. In fact - you can paint everything in the room white - then just add a few pops of color here and there. Below is a perfect example of how white sets off a very sweet unmatched selection of flea market plates.
